Rafting on river Arda
What is rafting expedition? Where is the Devil’s bridge? Why Arda river?
The dates for the rafting trip depend on the high water of Arda river. You are going to leave the confines of civilization and embark on a river expedition. Everything you need for the experience – equipment, food, clothing, is going to be with the boat in dry bags. After finishing the safety briefing for behavior in fast flowing rivers it is time to go down the rapids. Devil’s Bridge is the middle of the trip – there will be tents to camp. If there is no hydropower plants on the river Arda, it becomes a 180 km route for rafting and kayaking. But due to several hydropower centrals the launch point will be at dam “Beli Izvor” and end at dam Kardzhali.
The trip can be organized for minimum of 4 people.
